Brecc Avellar (51)  specializing in the planning and financing of new technology businesses and business succession.  Brecc consults on technology, organization, and selling strategies in the chemicals, renewable energy and resource recycling industries.  He has published numerous papers and owns intellectual property and trade secrets for bio-based specialty chemicals, renewable fuels and waste-to-energy processes.  Brecc has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and is a registered FINRA principal.

     
   

Gina Baier has been responsible for the Sales and Marketing of locomotive parts for American Railroad Equipment for over 4 years. Her Knowledge and experience have been essential to the acquisition and re-manufacturing of parts for the power plants.

     
 

Bruce Brenner (71) functions as the facilitator of the ARE-Energy Power Plant Division. The power plant development and Patent Pending Packaging has been guided by his leadership. Bruce’s primary function, after serving over 35 years as President  of Cycle Systems and American Railroad Equipment, is to serve as a guiding Chairman. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Penn in1960, also completed the Harvard Business School OMP program in 1981 and received his Masters in HR and Adult Education from VCU in 2000

 

  Jay Brenner (46) has served as  President of both American Railroad Equipment and Cycle Systems for the past 5 years. .His strong mechanical and electrical knowledge have helped guide both companies.  With his Leadership Team, in addition to the ARE Plant in Roanoke, Virginia the company now has 7 additional facilities and a total workforce of over 200. Jay graduated from the Univ. of North Florida in 1986.
