Bruce Brenner (68) functions as the facilitator of the e ARE-Energy Power Plant Division. The power plant development and Patent Pending Packaging has been guided by his leadership. Bruce’s primary function, after serving over 35 years as President of Cycle Systems and American Railroad Equipment, is to serve as a guiding Chairman. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Penn in1960, also completed the Harvard Business School OMP program in 1981 and received his Masters in HR and Adult Education from VCU in 2000.

Jay Brenner (44) has served as President of both American Railroad Equipment and Cycle Systems for the past 5 years. .His strong mechanical and electrical knowledge have helped guide both companies. With his Leadership Team, in addition to the ARE Plant in Roanoke, Virginia the company now has 7 additional facilities and a total workforce of over 200. Jay graduated from the Univ. of North Florida in 1986. |

Richard Davenport (52) serves as the V-President Finance of both American Railroad Equipment and Cycle Systems. Prior to joining the companies in 2006 Richard served as Finance Director for both a major Electrical Service contractor and Die-Cast manufacturer. Richard graduated from Old Dominion Universty in 1976 and received his Masters in information Syatems from Virginia Commonwealth Universty in 1982. |

Gina Baier has been responsible for the Sales and Marketing of locomotive parts for American Railroad Equipment for over 4 years. Her Knowledge and experience have been essential to the acquisition and re-manufacturing of parts for the power plants.

Lyndell Shields, who primarily serves as Environmental and Safety Manager for Cycle Systems, is also an Electrical Engineer. His knowledge in the Electrical, Safety and Environmental Area has been essential to the Power Plant Project. The co-ordination of the Air Emission Testing for the Power Units is being done under his guidance.
