| It is our pleasure to introduce ARE, American Railroad Equipment LLC. and our exclusive power plant marketing team, P4-Sales and Leasing LLC. We are a spin off of an 85 year old recycling company, Cycle Systems Inc., with 5 facilities serving southwest Virginia . | |
| For the past 20 years a great deal of experience was gained in the processing of railroad equipment, especially locomotives. This experience has been transferred to ARE. The core of our business is the acquisition, dismantling and marketing of parts from retired GE and EMD locomotives. We have built a network of suppliers to re-manufacture many if these parts. This same network of suppliers have assured the availability of the components of our power plant. |

| Our task as systems integrators is to customized, assemble and test the complete Power Plant. We have added another 30,000 sq. ft. facility for this task.
